At the age of 25, Rae embarked on a transformative healing journey, leaving behind a corporate finance job and setting out on a path of self-discovery around the world.
Over the past 15 years, she has been immersed in a plethora of healing modalities, including, feminine alchemy, shamanic healing arts, quantum healing, reiki, taoist practices, meditation, shadow and inner child work, tapping, trauma release, somatic healing, holistic health, hypnosis, yoga, mindfulness, and hosted many retreats together with different facilitators around the world.
She is now combining her profound knowledge and experience to empower other powerful humans on their healing journeys activating their heroin/hero traits as they unlock the magic of self-discovery and embrace their true essence through transformative practices and a profound connection to the soul’s mission.
